CXCL12 and hyperlipidemia: In this best-fit model (ROC area 0.91; sensitivity 80%, specificity 88% at an optimal cutpoint), the factors associated with the presence of collaterals were the chemokine profile consisting of CXCL5 (p = 0.018), CXCL8 (p = 0.031), and CXCL12 (p = 0.033), and the clinical factors of hyperlipidemia (p = 0.047), and the presence of an occluded artery (p<0.0001).
