Our data revealed a dose-dependent decrease in the expression of cyclins (D1 and E) and cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdk2 and Cdk4); while an induced expression of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors (p21 and p27) was observed after honokiol treatment in both MiaPaCa and Panc1 pancreatic cancer cells (Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene CDK2 and pancreatic neoplasm.
