CDC37 and cancer: Celastrol inhibits NF-κB through targeting IκB kinase and TAK1-induced NF-κB activation [91,94], binds to Cdc37 and disrupts the Cdc37–Hsp90N complex which is critical for stabilizing oncogenic kinases in various cancers [78,95,96], and inactivates the p23 protein which is another co-chaperone of HSP90 [97].
