TP53 and cancer: The targets of these miRNAs established highly complex molecular networks, in which the pathways of 'transcriptional regulation by RB/E2F', 'transcriptional regulation by Ets-domain family', and 'transcriptional regulation by p53', the diseases of 'chronic myelogenous leukemia' and 'viral myocarditis', and the pathological event of 'cancer' were notably accumulated (Table 1).
