TNFα-induced protein 3(TNFAIP3) is a key regulator of inflammation and immunityinvolved in the development of various autoimmune diseases and it also desensitizescells from TNFα-induced cytotoxicity and was shown to be anti-apoptotic inbreast cancer MCF7S1 cells [20]. This evidence concerns the gene TNFAIP3 and autoimmune disease.
