The testis sectionsfrom azoospermia patients showed that expression of Protamine-2, a spermatid andspermatozoa specific marker used in diagnosis of non-obstructive azoospermia[36], wasdiminished in azoospermia testes (Fig. 4A&B), confirming the defect inspermatogenesis.
