For prostate tumors, expression of SLCO1B3 increased along with Gleason score up to 67-fold [mean ΔCT (95%CI)  = 0.23 (0.23 to 0.23), 2.6 (−4 to 9.2), 8.5 (−0.7 to 17.7), 15.5 (−13 to 44), 15.0 (2.4 to 27), for normal tissue, and Gleason  = 6, 7, 8, 9 respectively; P = 0.03; Figure 2A]. This evidence concerns the gene SLCO1B3 and prostate neoplasm.
