KRT3 and infection: Briefly, due to different antigen reactivities (cMAb CK1: surface glycoproteins of BP and BM; cMAb CK2: capsular polysaccharide antigens of BP and BM; cMAb CK3: surface LPS and/or lipoproteins (LP) of BP and BT), these 3 cMAbs would be useful for neutralizing BP and/or BM infection and studying the role of the major surface antigens in Burkholderia infection.
