CDK2 and respiratory system disorder: A subset of genes co-expressed with AQP4 and associated to respiratory disease were assigned to potential anti-tumorigenic function like CAV1 [28], EDNRB [29], or SELENBP1 [30], whereas genes more related to pro-tumorigenic function like CDK2 [31], FOXM1 [32], PLK1 [33] or RRM1 [34] were found to be anti-correlated with AQP4 (Figure 5B).
