IL10 and neoplasm: This was probably effective for a few reasons:1) the peptide part of the Pam2 lipopeptide was fused with RGDS, which could promote the binding of Pam2 lipopeptides to DCs; 2) local injection of Pam2 lipopeptides around the tumor may be different from systemic injection of Pam2 lipopeptides in terms of inducing IL-10 and T reg cells.
