After the FSH injection, inhibin A levels increased significantly in the PCOS patients but not in the control women (Exp 3, Figure 2A) and the percentage increase was similar before (353 ± 81%, Exp 1, p < 0.05) and after progesterone treatment (439 ± 124%, Exp 2, p < 0.01). Here, BRD2 is linked to polycystic ovary syndrome.
