In all five mouse phenotypes, there was increased expression of S100a9, Lcn2, S100a8, Sprr1b, Mpzl2, Has3 (Figure 5A), as well as decreased expression of Tppp, Stxbp6, and Cldn23 (Figure 5B), and each of these effects is consistent with characteristic expression patterns in clinical psoriasis. The gene discussed is MPZL2; the disease is psoriasis.
