CRP and chorioamnionitis: With a cut-off of 5 mg/L, the predictive values of CRP for clinical chorioamnionitis were 71% (48, 89%) (sensitivity) and 47% (42, 52%) (specificity), with positive and negative likelihood ratios of 1.4 (1.0, 1.8) and 0.6 (0.3, 1.2).
