GSA-Tumor analysis of CCNB1 gene expression shows, in agreement with previous protein-based studies, that elevated expression is associated with the basal-like and luminal B gene expression subgroups (Figure 2A), higher histological grade (Figure 2B), and worse clinical outcome predominantly in ER-positive breast cancers (Figures 2C and D) supported by multivariate analysis (Figure 2E) [32]–[34]. This evidence concerns the gene CCNB1 and neoplasm.
