P53 Immunoexpression was also detected in 38.30% of those tumors with pure invasive ductal carcinomas (Figure 3), in 22.22% of invasive ductal carcinoma with an in situ comedo component (DCIS), in 50% of invasive ductal carcinoma with overlying Paget's disease, in 33.33% for purely DCIS (Figure 4) and in 100% of those with overlying Paget's disease, in all these cases the incidence is significantly different from that found in control (p < 0.05). Here, TP53 is linked to invasive ductal breast carcinoma.
