GPR160 and Familial prostate cancer: High level in vivo expression of the GPR160 protein was also identified in clinical prostate cancer specimens in a public tissue protein profiling database (http://www.proteinatlas.org, [26]) [Additional file 8: Supplemental Fig. S4A] and a separate previously published transcriptomics analysis [27] of 40 human prostate cancer samples (p = 2.22E-04, fold change 3.246).
