The combined-PI risk predictor was the most significant predictor (p = 0.005; Methods S1) with HR 4.62 (95% CI 1.58—13.55) in a multivariate Cox model containing combined-PI risk, TP53 mutation status (HR = 2.6, 95% CI 0.86—7.78), tumor size and node status, stratified by ER status (See Methods S1 for the AIC stepwise model selection). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is neoplasm.
