EFNB2 and hypospadias: Microorchidism and hypospadias in our patient plus those of reported male patients who have genital abnormalities, provides support for the hypothesis that 13q32.2-q34 region plays an important role in genital development and that gene EFNB2 locus in band q33.2 is a candidate gene for male genital malformations [10,11].
