We also found many other factors that would potentially be target genes in HIV infection, such as mitochondrial ribosomal protein S12 (MRPS12), nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2 (NFE2), mitogen-activated protein kinase 7 (MAPK7), CASP8 and FADD-like apoptosis regulator (CFLAR), and glutathione S-transferase alpha 4 (GSTA4).
