RASSF1 and neoplasm of testis: Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that high methylation resulted in very weak expression of RASSF1A in testis tumor samples (Fig. 2B); while RASSF1A was expressed in both the nuclei and cytoplasm of spermatogonia, spermatocytes, Sertoli cells and Leydig cells in normal testis (Fig. 2A).
