Twelve genes (NDC80, BUB1, CDC2, CCNA2, BUB1B, TACC3, TPX2, ZWINT, CCNB2, AURKB, NEK2 and BIRC5) showed marked upregulation in ductal grade III breast tumors (more than 10-fold higher than in normal breast tissues), as well as in the breast tumor cell lines (up to 70-fold higher than in normal breast tissues). This evidence concerns the gene CCNA2 and breast neoplasm.
