Among the genes which were up-regulated in cancers compared to that of Normal, CIN1/2 or CIN3/CIS, IL8, INDO, ISG15, ISG20, AGRN, DTXL, MMP1, MMP3, CCL18, TOP2A AND STAT1 are likely to play an important role in the progression of the disease. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL8 and in situ carcinoma.
