MTOR and Hodgkins lymphoma: As the prognosis of HL patients who relapse after HDCT/ASCT is poor, several novel therapies have been or are being assessed for chemoresistant patients, including anti-CD20 and anti-CD30 antibodies, lenalidomide, histone deacetylase inhibitors, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitors, cytotoxic T-lymphocyte therapy, and reduced-intensity allogeneic transplants (reviewed in [218]).
