To identify aberrant receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) signals in individual CCA, the number of phosphopeptides per RTK was normalized against total number of phosphopeptides of GSK3A (100) from each sample (Table S2)[8], then average RTK signals from 20 para-tumor tissues were subtracted from each CCA tumor (N = 23).
