As assessed by flow cytometry analysis, annexin V or caspase 3 and 7 positive cells were found when Antp-TPR peptide was added to breast cancer T47D cells (Figure 4A, middle and right lane panels), suggesting that this peptide induces cancer cell death by apoptotic mechanism (Figure 4A, middle and right lane panels). The gene discussed is CASP3; the disease is breast carcinoma.
