In fact, we discovered that blocking NFκB activation with a small molecule that inhibits the degradation of its negative regulator IKBα, as well as knocking-down the expression of the large NFκB subunit, p65/RelA, by RNAi markedly inhibited the activation of glutaminase in Dbl-transformed cells and in breast cancer cells.
