APOH and systemic lupus erythematosus: In our study of 250 patients with cerebral infarction, the prevalence rates of the antiphospholipid antibodies β2-GPI aCL, LA, PI and PS were higher in patients aged 50 or under with underlying SLE than in those without SLE, suggesting that the presence of antiphospholipid antibody may be a risk factor for juvenile cerebral infarction in SLE patients [10].
