IFIT2 and infection: Most genes, such as CD80, FAS, PLA2G12A, PLA2G12B, PTGS, TNFRSF1A, TNFSF1B, IIGP1, TRAF1, TIRAP, AKT3, TLR2, TLR3, TLR4, STAT1, STAT2, SLC11A1, SLC16A3, IRF9 IFIT2, and IL1B, which are known to be involved in innate/inflammatory pathway, increase their RNA expression levels significantly at 4 days post-infection.
