Two proteins were only expressed in the recovery eyes: ADP-ribosylation factor 1 (ARF1), a small GTP-binding protein of the Ras superfamily, which functions as a regulator of vesicular traffic and actin remodeling and phosphoglycerate kinase 1 (PGK1) which promotes reduction of plasmin disulfide bonds leading to angiostatin formation and inhibition of tumor angiogenesis. This evidence concerns the gene ARF1 and neoplasm.
