These included HRS-like cells in a case of angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma, that showed an HRS cell population and aberrant T cell population by flow cytometry and two cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) with HRS-like cells that both demonstrated a predominant abnormal CD5+ B cell populations in addition to HRS-cell populations. Here, CD5 is linked to B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
