NFKB1 and breast cancer: Using a well-established breast cancer cell line, this array detected differential activities in processes associated with the growth of cancer cells, such as cell survival (HIF1, NFκB), proliferation (E2F1, ER, p53, RAR, RXR, SP1, SRE), differentiation (p53, SP1), invasion (NFAT), hypoxia (HIF1), and inflammation (IRF1, ISRE, NFκB) [6], [19], [24], [25], [26], [28], [45], [46].
