We present lifetime and age-specific probabilities of developing luminal (ER- or PR-positive or both and HER2-negative), HER2-positive (ER- and PR-positive or -negative and HER2-positive), and triple-negative (ER-, PR-, and HER2-negative) subtypes of breast cancer for women from four racial/ethnic groups and use the most recently available data from the large and diverse population of California. The gene discussed is ESR1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
