Comprehensive analysis revealed that T-ALL occurred in the presence of BCL11B, BCL2L1, and CREBBP gene over-expression, which was closely related to blocking apoptosis of malignant T cell, whereas the TNFSF10 gene was also highly expressed in some patients, which may partly correct the imbalance. The gene discussed is TNFSF10; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
