In T-ALL patients, Spearman's rank correlation analyses revealed that the BCL11B expression level was negatively correlated with the BCL2L1 relative expression level (rs = -0.700; P = 0.036; Figure 3A), and positively correlated with the SPP1 relative expression level (rs = 0.683; P = 0.042; Figure 3B). This evidence concerns the gene BCL2L1 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
