In order to test the in vitro therapeutic potential of DTA-H19 plasmid, the human pancreatic carcinoma cells CRL-1687, CRL-2119, CRL-1997, CRL-2547, and CRL-1469 and hamster pancreatic ductal carcinoma cell line PC.1-0 were cotransfected with 2 μg of Luc-SV40 at the indicated concentrations of DTA-H19 plasmids (Figure 3). Here, H19 is linked to exocrine pancreatic carcinoma.
