APOA1 and coronary artery disorder: Although the cholesterol balance determined as the apoB-100/apoA-I ratio has repeatedly been shown to be a better index for risk assessment of CHD, from the point of view of HDL subclasses distribution, all these findings revealed that when evaluation the CHD risk, relying only on the apoB-100/apoA-I values for subjects might be inadequate and the concentration of TG should be concerned.
