Six genes (C1orf80, CAMK2N1, GLO1, MAOA, PGK1, and SNX3) have been linked to high Gleason grade [58,103,104], and twelve genes (B2 M, CAMK2N1, CD151, COMT, GALNT3, GLO1, ODC1, PCGEM1, PCOTH, SBDS, TMEM30A, and TPD52) have been implicated in the 'progression' of prostate cancer [58,82], and 15 more genes (CD151, CXCR7, DHRS7, GNB2L1, HES6, HN1, NKX3-1, PGK1, PIK3CD, RPL11, RPS11, SF3A2, TK1, TPD52, and VPS13B) in the metastasis of prostate cancer [105,106]. This evidence concerns the gene PCOTH and prostate cancer.
