Twenty-six genes (ABHD2, BNIP3, EEF1A2, ELOVL5, GALNT3, GLO1, HSD17B4, MARCKSL1, MDK, NGFRAP1, ODC1, OR51E2, PCGEM1, PCOTH, PGK1, PP2CB, PSMA7, RAMP1, RPS18, SELENBP1, SLC25A4, SLC25A6, SPON2, STEAP1, TPD52, and TRPM8) have known associations to prostate cancer [57,82,86-102].
