These genes were: ELOVL5, NKX3-1, PCGEM1, PCOTH, RAMP1, SPON2, STEAP1, and TPD52. Twenty-six genes (ABHD2, BNIP3, EEF1A2, ELOVL5, GALNT3, GLO1, HSD17B4, MARCKSL1, MDK, NGFRAP1, ODC1, OR51E2, PCGEM1, PCOTH, PGK1, PP2CB, PSMA7, RAMP1, RPS18, SELENBP1, SLC25A4, SLC25A6, SPON2, STEAP1, TPD52, and TRPM8) have known associations to prostate cancer [57,82,86-102]. Here, RAMP1 is linked to prostate cancer.
