Interestingly, a similar trend was observed between the lowest to highest average of B cell isolates found in the extrafollicular, tumor-free regions of various lymph nodes, and the percentages of a certain type of lymph nodes with matching T and B cell grouping patterns: the ALN+ group has the lowest proportion of lymph nodes with matching T and B cell grouping patterns and the lowest average of extrafollicular B cells, followed by the ALN−, SLN+ and HLN groups (Table 1).
