Co-culture of splenocytes from DC-treated mice with splenocytes from tumour-bearing mice treated with control diet or celecoxib diet, showed that CD8+ cells were affected by splenocytes of mice that had received the control diet while splenocytes of celecoxib treated mice did not affect the capability of CD8+ cells to produce IFN-γ and granzyme B (Figure 5B). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
