Moreover, as shown in Table 3, HCC with overexpression of both Aurora A and Aurora B showed the highest occurrence of high serum AFP level (≥200 ng/mL; 71%), large tumor size (> 5 cm; 72%), grade II to IV tumor (94%), stage IIIA to IV tumor (82%), p53 mutation (64%), wild-type β-catenin (92%), and the worst 5-year survival rate (19%) than the other groups.
