All the breast cancer tissues in this study, 9 tissues with the expression of BCL-2 and BAD were positive;In this 9 tissues ER(+)PR(+) of 6 cases(66.7%), ER(+)PR(-) of 2 cases(22.2%), ER(-)PR(+) of 1 case(11.0%), ER(-)PR(-) was 0, When ER(+)PR(+) the positive co-expression rates of BCL-2 and BAD were significantly higher than the other three groups, there were significant differences (P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene ESR1 and breast carcinoma.
