VEGFA and lymphoid leukemia: Such inhibitors could be useful in treatment of cancers that rely on direct VEGF-C signaling such as Kaposi sarcoma [39], acute myeloid or lymphocytic leukemia [40], [41] and cancers that metastasize via the lymphatic vasculature [42] but also against cancers that have become refractory to anti-VEGF-A treatment.
