MTOR and Alzheimer disease: In the French cohort, AD with higher cell cycle stimulatory pathway expression tended to be marginally more acinar (p = 0.08), tumors with higher mTOR pathway expression were significantly more of the solid subtype (p = 0.009), and tumors with higher IL-stimulatory pathway expression had significantly less CIS and papillary components (p = 0.002 and p<0.0001 respectively), with significantly more acinar and solid components (p = 0.01 and p<0.0001 respectively).
