We also found that proapoptotic DAPK1, TNFRSF11B, TNFSF8, TP73 genes were down regulated in CD34+ cells from our cohort of CR AML patients (Tables 1 and 2; Figure 1), as already reported for other leukaemia patients after chemotherapy [24-26]; we also observed a down regulation of antiapoptotic BAG3, CD70, NOL3 (Tables 1 and 2; Figure 1), that had been previously reported in patients with primary B chronic lymphocytic leukaemia after chemotherapy [27-29]. This evidence concerns the gene CD34 and acute myeloid leukemia.
