The concentration of TNF α was significantly elevated in patients with malignant tumors of the adrenal cortex, compared to the control (30.04 ± 13.28 pg/mL vs. 12.09 ± 4.31 pg/mL; p < 0.05), and in patients with Conn’s syndrome, compared to the control (16.22 ± 1.11 pg/mL vs. 12.09 ± 4.31 pg/mL; p < 0.05). Here, TNF is linked to malignant tumor of adrenal cortex.
