We also found 47% and 50% reductions in CTBP2(1) and CTBP2(4) expression levels in prostate cancer tissue compared with benign prostate tissues (P = 0.009 and 0.007 for CTBP2(1) and CTBP2(4) respectively), but these values do not reach statistical significance following adjustment for multiple testing (P = < 0.003 for 12 tests). Here, CTBP2 is linked to prostate cancer.
