IL4 and allergic disease: The IL-4 responses were significantly higher in individuals with allergic disease than in exposed non-allergic individuals (1032 sfu/million cells and 353.1 sfu/million cells respectively, P<0.05), but the IFNγ responses were not significantly different (781.3 sfu/million cells and 481.9 sfu/million cells respectively, p = 0.18).
