Interestingly, whereas this inhibition was limited in the absence of TRIM25 (13% and 9% inhibition at 24 and 48 hrs post-infection, respectively), it was more pronounced when the cells were expressing TRIM25, with a 28% and 31% further increase in inhibition after 24 and 48 hrs of infection, respectively (Figure 8).
