BRAF and neoplasm: Indeed, the incidence of cyclin D1 overexpression was significantly higher in BRAF-mutated (58%) than BRAF wt tumours (14% P=0.001), and patients with BRAF mutations and cyclin D1 overexpression had significantly decreased PFS (P=0.03) and OS (P=0.01) compared with patients with BRAF wt tumours.
