Yeoh, et al[8] identified seven genes (UQCRFS1, SMA5, PRPSAP2, NCAPD3, TXBAS1, HMRPH2 and CD44) as being differentially expressed between R and CCR in a cohort of 37 T-ALL patients using U95Av2 arrays. Here, CD44 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
