Interestingly, majority of the targets of the cancer-associated miRNAs, such as -ARHGEF, CDK6, ETV5, GATA2, PIM1, LIFR, TAL1, PPARG, RANBP17, TFRC FOXP1 LPP, NCOA2 and NR4A3 have been previously shown to be associated with leukemogenesis. This evidence concerns the gene RANBP17 and cancer.
